Tekion Corp Lead Product Manager salary suggestion

I am presently working as a Tech PO for Amex. CTC ~ 30LPA, 7 YOE. What should be my ask from Tekion considering it's a senior role? 50% hike? Also, do they give stocks on top of base or need to ask separately?
