Tekion backend interview
I recently gave interviews at tekion corp, post interviews they asked to share my documents for further processing? I mean what the fuck this mean? They said i am shortlist for offer, but they have not shared offer letter with me yet! What should i expect out of this situation? Or is it normal in SDE domain? Why they are delaying the offer?

Happened with me too. Offer was delayed by a couple of weeks.
Not normal. I got the offer first, then I got asked for documents. Ask the HR to email you an offer so that you can confirm first.
How is this company doing? how is the wlb?
Did you get the offer letter? If yes how long did it take from the date of document submission?
Every HR has their own process here. So they take liberty of doing all sorts of things. Ask them to offer first. Also, what's the final breakup of CTC offer before documentation
