If quitting TCS , what all has to be taken care of ? Which documents are needed to transfer to a new company. Does TCS pay full gratuity amount accumulated till today to employees.

After discussion with management about retention. Now TCS HR connected and asking to withdraw resignation. But they will match the offer in annual appraisal and Q1 also in two phases. No written confirmation
