But I've heard that the hike is very less in TCS as a fresher and if we leave TCS once we can't join it again in future.

No rejoining in TCS, TCS is a place to retire from and one should join atleast at the age of 38-40 after changing few organisation in the past. Rest you chill in TCS. Best work life balance.
