TCS Manager / Reviewer
Who is responsible for the promotion of Us in the team? Who looks after all this ? In my Speed Scrum Master my manager and Supervisor is a Reviewer.
I have completed 3 years in the project But No promotion yet. On Top of that the manager aka Scrum Master is telling me You are not capable enough to lead a team or Even get the promotion as You have not done any extra apart from assigned tasks.
This person joined the project much later than me and I can smell regional politics .
