TCS delaying joining
Hey there, So i received an offer letter from TCS in July 2024 as a ninja role(so it is basically how TCS recruit freshers with salary of 3.5 lpa). But now its been 6 months now and anxiety has started to kick in. A lot of other candidates are also waiting for it like me. So what are your opinion?

Keep Up skilling yourself, I know your condition and have many friends in same situation as of yours. Listen work on your skills, try to look for other offers as its going bad these days in terms of management. 2025 job market will give you better opportunities, but be ready to grab them.
What about management, can you give me more details. I have heard the onboarding may be completed by feb to march

As i heard, Among 2k24 batch, few folks got joining in jan. Wait a little may be till feb-mar u will also receive. In the meanwhile Keep hunting for offcampus opportunity too.
Yhea i have also heard that by march it will be done. But still there is no guarantee by tcs side
