Taking a sabbatical worked out well for me

I'm 3 years into my career and currently I'm on a 3 month sabbatical. That's unpaid leave in my org.

2 mo in, I've been focusing on my health -(gymming, meditating, eating right), travelling and relaxing. Indifferent to weekdays and weekends life feels really nice and happy.

Goals! Do you think it would've been different without the sabbatical (after quitting)?

Sab works better if you want a couple of months off without the pressure of finding a job.

I like my current role but needed a break from it to get other facets of my life in order and just relax.

I took the sab after 3 years of working and saving.

Sab is anyways something you don't really need the the first couple of years in your career.

Take it when you have some savings and you feel burned out, need time or a change

Bro when you take a sabbatical you have enough money in your bank account (& no loans to pay...)
