Switching Domain need suggestion.

I am performance tester in cognizant, 3 years experience, i wan to switch domain and move out of performance testing, I was considering some options.

1. Java Microservices- where i would take min 6 months to prepare, but have to show my testing exp as development.
2. Automation testing- where I can easily show my prev exp as automation tester.
3. Gen AI.
