Switch or Not? Deloitte vs RSM/BDO

Currently working as a Consultant at Deloitte in a role not aligned to long term goals/interests. I have two options of moving either to BDO or RSM which are offering profile aligned to my long term goals. They are offering a decent hike, should I switch? I also want to get into MBBs
