I have 2.5+ YOE on .NET in Accenture as backend developer. But I want to switch to React and Java full stack role. I can fake react experience as I'm decent and confident on the frontend. But how do I grab a Java backend role, as I don't have any experience in it? I don't want to apply for a frontend only role, as I'm genuinely interested in Fullstack.
Please suggest. I'm preparing for interviews right now.
