Swiggy ASDE
I already have a 10LPA offer at an MNC, got shortlisted for an interview for the Swiggy Backend ASDE role, should I give it? I heard it is a contractual role and pays 8L, true?

Give interview and see. If you cleared try to negotiate. They mostly won't do by the way....also won't recommend joining here. If you get better option ghost the hr 😂
I shouldn't say this but asde level is not that good due to compensation and culture here. Many good candidates I've seen either not proceeded with interview or they denied later....got better opportunity.
So on a serious note, try other options...it's not good here.

Are they allowing you to reject the offer letter? In my case they clearly told me, if I back out anytime, they'll blacklist me forever.
Nothing like that is mentioned yet, but one company blacklisting shouldn't be a problem I think, until its too big
Though, not going further with Swiggy, though I think it would be a better brand name on resume compared to the Mnc
PS- I am a fresher and haven't worked on Go, etc which swiggy might expect.
How did you get the interview. I also filled a Google form found on LinkedIn. But never heard back and I guess that was for 1 YOE. Also do you know base pay for this role
I have searched about the Swiggy ASDE role on the internet and the 8LPA offer seems legit. Go for it man, who knows with all your techie work, you may get a lot of benefits.
Swiggy is not a good company to work for. They have a very bad company culture. MNCs are better as there is less office politics and pressure. But, also depends on what MNC. I would say, Swiggy is not a good option.
I only use Swiggy to order food and see discounts on the Diner option. About its backend job, not sure what you’re asking for though.
