Suggestions on how to get release in 30 days.

I am getting a offer but the company rigidly wants me to join in 30 days, but in Cognizant it is 90 days. How can I get early release I don’t have any work currently in my project as well. Kindly, share some tips as this is my first change.

*check for buyout option. *most companies have a 90/60 days notice but tend to release early based on project’s dependability on employee. *If they are not willing to negotiate whatsoever- then negotiate with the offered company of they can extend joining dates due to your notice.

—personal opinion: if a company is not acknowledging your current situation with your current employee and is adamant on early release date, avoid working with a company like that. Especially if this is happening after you informing them about notice period well in advance

If you need the offer badly- they say there’s a medical emergency or a personal emergency and you must return to parents for assistance or something like that.
