Suggestions needed

I have a total of 4 + year of experience as a Data Engineer. My current CTC is ₹14.66 LPA, and I have received three offers:

1. Barclays – ₹20.17 LPA
2. BMW TechWorks – ₹20.67 LPA
3. Deloitte – ₹20.87 LPA

I have a few questions:

1. Which company should I join based on work-life balance and learning opportunities?
2. I’m leaning toward Barclays due to its brand value. Does Barclays strictly follow a hybrid model, or is occasional work-from-home (e.g., one week) allowed? Also, how is the work culture there?
3. Is BMW TechWorks a product-based or service-based company? What kind of projects do they typically handle?
