I'm going to work out of Kharadi office of Deloitte, i guess one in International Tech Park, Kharadi.

Pls Suggest some good gated society near by.

Budget - 20-25K for 2BHK, unfurnished

I just want that basics should be right, like Security, water quality and availability , electricity, parking, basic amenities and basic cleanliness and hygiene.
