Suggestion please

I am with 3.9 CTC with nearly 2 yr experience, working in manual testing background,I want to shift to other role, I built skills on Cloud and Spring framework but want to work on hands-on to have clear understanding.

I feel overloaded with manual testing and its work with evidences and retest and validations and also working overtime on this.

So, I want to shift to work on technologies, where my efforts are more recognised and help my personal growth and my efforts are put into creating something.

How can I apply to jobs / develop my skillset ?
