Hey people I have genuine doubts and want your suggestions i have applied to PwC positions so many times and have not gotten any response like nothing at all like not even a no should I do something about it and what should I do its tiring sometimes i think about going to office and directly having a convo to them 😅 or maybe contacting the Hr i applied with experience and all the qualities and responsibilities matched even then no reply not even no. Please help me out it is so frustrating.

Nowadays most of companies are posting pseudo jobs when there is no actual requirements.
So the question is why they are doing it - very basic answer is to make fake scenarios and collect the data sometimes your PAN card information so that they can show you work there it give them many advantages mainly in corporate tax saving.
In a broader term if any agency will ask to them they show that these guys are in pipeline. Most of the time no one asks.
