Suggest to grow financially!

Hi there 👋

I am working as a salesforce junior developer and earning 8LPA now with 3.5 years of experience. Can somebody suggest what I should do with 5 dependent people on me?

I am getting so much pressure with this . I am not satisfied with the salary and the current situation about me. I know there are many people who earn less Money and happy but don't know still I am not getting that which career path is right for me. Can somebody suggest what I should do?
