Ericsson (Direct) - 16L Fixed + 80K-160K Variable | Automation Role | Great benefits but no Spring Boot + Microservices
GlobalLogic (Project: Ericsson) - 16L Fixed | Java, Spring Boot, Microservices | Limited benefits
Capgemini - 14.5L Fixed (Negotiating 17+) | Java role pending project confirmation

I'm aiming for strong backend roles in Java + Spring Boot + Microservices and scalable system.

At Capgemini, hikes are the worst,
Lot of micro management. ( again depends on the project and manager)
Opportunities are less, politics hit the most when you try to change the team
