Suggest the better offer based on your experience.

Hi All,

I'm currently deciding between 3 offers and would love some advice:

  1. Ericsson (Direct) - 16L Fixed + 80K-160K Variable | Automation Role | Great benefits but no Spring Boot + Microservices

  2. GlobalLogic (Project: Ericsson) - 16L Fixed | Java, Spring Boot, Microservices | Limited benefits

  3. Capgemini - 14.5L Fixed (Negotiating 17+) | Java role pending project confirmation

I'm aiming for strong backend roles in Java + Spring Boot + Microservices and scalable system.

Well you can ignore Capgemini from the list. Then you will have a better choice.

At Capgemini, hikes are the worst,
Lot of micro management. ( again depends on the project and manager)
Opportunities are less, politics hit the most when you try to change the team

Ericsson is product based, so my 1st preference would be that. Second would be GlobalLogic, if you really want microservices

From ...Ericsson project is Bharti Airtel. I think Ericsson is not completely product based.
