Suggest Please...

Hello All I am senior data engineer in Accenture and i have 4.1 YOE. My Fixed Pay is 8.47 lpa and around 26k variable pay. So total 8.73 lpa. My role is Abintio developer but i feel Abinitio is not good for me atleast. Trying to move into big data and i am learning hive/hadoop/python/scala/spark. I feel i can get somewhere between 15-20 lpa but yeah need to work on my skills So basically i need suggestions on how to improve in big data so that i can land for some better job in next 3 months. Expecting good responses guyzz.
