Suggest Expected CTC

I have around 3 years of experience as jr. Java developer with skill set Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices.

I had an interview with Infosys and they are providing me a 40% hike on my current CTC. I negotiate but HR not ready to increase pinch of it.

What do you think? Is it a considerable hike or should I reject the offer?

Suggest me a expected CTC? My current CTC : 8.16
