Good, breathable, ergonomic chairs. Been using the spider one for the last year and half, back pain isn’t an issue now 🙂

rad advise: tried 5-6 varities over the past 8 yrs. any basic nilkamal chair will do the job trust me.
its more in the seating than the seat. wake up for every couple of hours, stretch, and watch out of the window / door. also make sure the table height adjusts to your wrists when placing hands on the keyboard.
