Stuck in my Founder’s Office Career
Hey everyone,
I’ll quick come to the point - I AM HERE FOR ADVICE!
To give you some context - I am a 27 year old working in Founder’s Office of an early stage start up. This is probably my third stint (All zero to one). Growth, strategy and operations have been my expertise for all the work I’ve done till now (5 YOE)
At this point of time, I feel like I want to switch from startups to an MNC / a much more organised startup. I am stuck at 16 LPA
What are the kind of roles that I can explore in big orgs? Is there any way to go about these?

What role do you want to be in? If you are able to land interviews for that role directly, go for it. Showcase your relevant experience.
If you are not able to land interviews, maybe try to switch to the desired role within your existing company, build some resume points in that role and then try to switch.

I want to explore roles in the same domains - Operations, Growth and Strategy. But confused what exactly these roles are called in MNC’c, which are the best ones to work for etc. Also, I don’t have an MBA
