Been crushing my tasks as a dev—no escalations, clean work. But now my TL's giving me intern-level repetitive stuff, ignoring my ideas, and holding back the good projects that'd actually level me up. Started off doing senior-level work, now regretting not learning more. Less experienced = easy work?
