Stuck Between Deloitte India & Deloitte USI Offers – Need Urgent Advice

Hey everyone, I’m in a very tricky situation and would really appreciate some honest advice.

I’ve got a confirmed offer from Deloitte India (₹13.12 LPA CTC) with a joining date of 25th June. Today, I received a Letter of Intent from Deloitte USI with a fixed pay of ₹17.5 LPA + 0–10% variable. USI has told me onboarding will happen only after background verification (BGV), which they say may take until around 15th July.

Here’s the dilemma: • My last working day at LTIMindtree is 24th June. • I have all proper documents and PF with LTIMindtree, but my first company didn’t have PF, and I’m really stressed that this might cause my BGV at Deloitte USI to fail. • If USI withdraws the offer due to BGV failure, I’ll be in a complete panic state with no job, and I can’t afford to be jobless—I have responsibilities to manage. • On the other hand, if I decline Deloitte India and choose USI, will that create any issue professionally or legally? • And if I accept India’s offer and later try to join USI, is that even possible?

Has anyone faced something similar? What would you do if you were in my shoes? Would really value some guidance on the best way to navigate this.

I want to join Deloitte USI, but I’m very confused what if my BGV fails as no PF contribution in my first organisation. I do have PF for my current company LTIM. And if I wait till BGV completes I will lose my Deloitte India offer and Capgemini offer as well. Very much stuck please suggest something.
