Please name some stealth/not-so-famous decent paying Indian startups which we can target. Domain doesn't matter. Obviously it has to be product company to pay decent. Location within India doesn't matter. I see so many of you with company name as stealth or new, so please help with the name. Also if you dont mind then please give an idea of pay range.
The Web 3 startups I work with pay decently, I get paid between 80K - 1.75L a month (large range, I know, depends from client to client)
What kind of work do you do? And this pre or post tax?
Lawyer (legal consultant, Advisor, blah blah) - some clients deduct TDS
Actually you dont have to worry about your identity being revealed by naming a company. You are just naming some less known decent paying Indian startups, it may or may not be the company you work for. If we don't name the companies and keep it secret, the whole purpose of this post is defied.

What are the companies that you know , who pays near by or even more than FANG ? I'm sure there must be some companies that beat FANG in salaries and yet are not so much popular among developers.
Can we have a list of relatively high paying ( for example 10x the YOE ) which are non FAANG, now that FAANG is no longer the dream destination?
Higher pay comes at the cost of peace of mind or quality of work 🙌🏻
Confluent, Rubrik, Rippling, Dream11. Some of these companies pay far better than FAANG
