Stay in TCS or Join HCL
Currently I am working in TCS, I got an offer from HCL.
I work on SAP BW on HANA technology.
CTC TCS: 15 LPA HCL: 21 LPA
Can anybody please help me to understand is it good to join HCL leaving TCS during layoffs time ?
I got rejected from most of them big tech companies already
