startup funding is a total scam!

Can we talk about how ridiculous the startup funding scene is in India? It feels like VCs are throwing money at anything that has "disruptive" in its pitch. I mean, I’ve seen startups with zero traction getting millions while solid ideas struggle to get a dime. Are we just feeding into a bubble that’s going to burst?

Most of the VC firm are operated by IIT or IIM passouts. And they are more interested in starups from their alumni. I witnessed starups getting funding just because they know someone in the firm and its like a cake walk for them.
