A lot of us face auto booking anxiety, do you guys feel there is scope of a Blu smart type auto service that is all electric, clean, closed but slightly premium than auto rates but much cheaper than what offline auto bhaiya quotes. Plus it will not cancel - the biggest issue that I face personally during peak hours.
I see your point but it’s not the app that cancels the ride, it’s the drivers. You cannot make it mandatory for the drivers to accept the ride. There are n number of reasons why a driver might reject a ride. When developing such an app, the focus should not just be to provide cheap rides but to also cater to the needs of the drivers you are connecting with because they are the soul of such startups. Think it through, maybe you’ll solve this issue as well. Good luck!
