Running a real estate based company wasn’t really successful in the recent past(look at we works, coffee day). Major revenue suck up happens from rent or owning the property, it’s a capital intense business and on top that they have software to maintain and build, last part is the operational cost. They can’t maintain low cost from running Pg rooms. Unorganised PG are able to pull it off as they get into illegal buildings and make some money due to bypassing local laws, corporates can’t do that. It’s a wonder how did they run so far, hoping one day students and you d working professionals will pay up! But it’s a budget segment, end of the day people will chose for cheaper alternative. Good show so far Stanza, it’s time to pack your bags and leave it local Reddy’s run PG.

Worked closely with the founders about 3 years back.

They are (bad) managers masquerading as leaders.

On top of that, they have ensured that any non-toxic person does not stay in the organisation for more than 6 months.

Deserves to die.
