Heyoll, what's the standard salary for an executive managing market place ads (amazon and flipkart) with 1 Yr of experience. Currently handling around 4cr of monthly budget for 7 brands. Recently scaled a babycare brand from 20L monthly ads revenue to 2cr within 3 months. Would like to know the market standards since the appraisal cycle is coming. And I'm currently getting paid 45k pm.

Hi folks, wanted to know the current industry standards for salaries in the Digital.ad sales profiles. I carry 4 years of combined work exp in a FAANG company and in an e-commerce Indian startup in the similar domain.
