Heyoll, what's the standard salary for an executive managing market place ads (amazon and flipkart) with 1 Yr of experience. Currently handling around 4cr of monthly budget for 7 brands. Recently scaled a babycare brand from 20L monthly ads revenue to 2cr within 3 months. Would like to know the market standards since the appraisal cycle is coming. And I'm currently getting paid 45k pm.
