Sprinklr - worth joining?
Hey folks,
I got an offer from Sprinklr for a Senior Product Engineer role in their AI division, with a CTC of 45 LPA (42 fixed + 3 joining).
Wanted to get some honest opinions before making a decision:
- How’s the work culture, especially in tech/AI teams?
- I saw they had layoffs earlier this year and their Glassdoor reviews aren’t great, is that something to be concerned about?
- How’s the financial health of the company?
- What does the future look like in terms of growth and stability?
Would really appreciate any insights.
