Below car is listed for 4.43L, and the RTO registration of this car will expire in the next 3-4 years.

Else go for local car dealers, you might get a better deal. Spinny is too costly for 2nd hand cars.

Mumbai mein I felt it's comparatively reasonable.
Also do keep in mind they do have a negotiation opening even if they they claim otherwise on paper.
