Pathetic work culture. 6 day work weeks + long hours. No culture of trust and every hour + leave is tracked by managers.

One of my friend works as a Backend engineer and we often see him working long hours at night and often on Saturdays. CTC is ~20LPA though, straight after college via off-campus placement.

6 days work week is for ops team. For rest, it's officially 5 days. Though you'll end up working 6. No appraisals over 30 lpa this year. Culture has gone down the drain since everyone is trying to achieve profitability leading to compromised wlb.
