South against North India and vice-versa
When I switch to news channels I only hear war, murder and death. Many might think what's wrong with this world?
When we see our soldiers fighting we cheer for them. It's good because we all Indians come together and feel proud that they are fighting against the enemy of our country.
But seriously what happens when north Indians go to the south? South goes to North?
Many people in people in North complain that people are taking their opportunities and same vice versa.
For God sakes what are you thinking. People are leaving their own home, family and states just to earn some living and live their share of dreams.
But recently I came across some really good candidates who had earned their place. But IIIT Hyderabad interviewers screwed them during DSA questions. They first asked medium level questions and as soon they knew they would be able to answer they moved to the hardest level questions for experienced people. They passed all rounds hdl and required skills, while they failed DSA. And there are people who I have chatted are from Hyderabad were asked very basic level DSA questions.
Many would say this is luck for the candidates. Switching from medium to hardest that too for multiple people. Many are saying it's the same for service level companies as well only experienced people are asked out of level questions for Hyderabad location. I am aware of the Hyderabad location. If you are aware of other locations let us know.
Come on guys! This is insane! If this kind of discrimination within Indian states is happening to you, please report this to HR and ask them to compare interview recordings from other interviews. This has to stop!

Seeing this for the first time in Private sector. Pretty much common in govt.
It's very common among gujrati/marwari businessman to form cartel among themselves and corner the market share. This is very common in south. For eg If you visit places like coimbatore/madurai steel and construction material business is dominated by them. I have heard that in places like chennai these people come together pool funds and give loans in reduced interest rates to their own community people. This way they get interest in the black money as well.
North indian politicians are responsible for this. Till a decade back, when growth was blistering nobody had an issue, now with growth slowing down this is bound to go up. The north india has failed to utilise the high growth period to create jobs and stop migration of people.
Irony is a bihar politician is promising 100% reservation in Bihar if voted to power. Where are the jobs in that state? That doesn't matter..
If there is such kind of discrimination and hatred within Indians themselves it is better to face discrimination in foreign countries.
