What should be the package for the Solution Advisor role in Deloitte with 3YOE. I already have an Accenture offer in hand with 9.5LPA as fixed and the total CTC offered to me is 11.4LPA.

Advisory Solution Advisor package in Deloitte

I have accepted the offer from Deloitte USI of 11 LPA as fixed for ASA role. I have 3 YOE. Am I being underpaid here? If yes, can anyone suggest if I can re-negotiate with HR to provide me more. I was expecting somewhere around 14- 15 LP...
