"SO CALLED LEADERSHIP"

Finally decided to give everyone a front-row seat to the so-called 'exemplary' leadership at Kreo. The spectacle over something as mundane as a red mouse? It's just the tip of the iceberg. This isn't about color choices; it's a glimpse into the chaotic decision-making that's driving the company into the ground. And let's be honest, the founders' inability to steer a clear course is no secret within these walls. Sharing this was less about the leak and more about shedding light on the incompetence masked behind closed doors. Maybe now, everyone will start asking the right questions. Glad I left them.

Talking in Hindi itself is toxic enough for me.
No offense to Hindi speakers. It’s just that in a corporate meeting setup where English is the medium, it doesn’t make sense.

I don't find an issue if entire team know Hindi. And is there any rule that medium is English in corporate meetings and do speaking English makes it look great.

If French people can speak French in meeting. We should also think that do speaking a particular language in meetings make it toxic. Language is a tool to communicate not a behaviour.

That’s typical mentality! The problem is people assume that everyone in India knows Hindi. Some people go to extent of thinking and saying everyone in India must know Hindi.

French people taking in French does not equate to ‘Indians must talk in Hindi’. Period.

What are you talking about? Red is great for a gaming mouse. It’s bold and strong

I guess Fighting over Saffron/Green is too old fashioned now.. Looks like Kreo added Red color on their mouse as a hint of their corporate culture.. #Shame #RedFlag #MangoManInJamnagar

this is a perfect example of toxic work culture. the employees on the call seem so confused as well. not everyone is meant to be a founder. to be honest, a red gaming mouse sounds super sexy (something i'd buy for sure). dont understand why such hatred towards a color from one person

focusing on the smaller issue, the founders are not thinking about the well-being of its employees

The leadership at Kreo is a classic example of misdirection. They're busy fussing over a red mouse while the company sinks. It's not about the mouse, it's about the lack of clear vision and decision-making. The founders are steering this ship into an iceberg. It's high time we start questioning their abilities.

There are other ways to show passion. Arguing over a red mouse is stupid
