Slipped disc at 26
Gonna need spinal surgery soon It's an absolute joke how we destroy our bodies sitting 12 hours a day for managers who don't give a flying f about anything other than their sprint deliverables and Q3 metrics.
To all my dear folks out there, please, for your own sake, NEVER ignore that lower back pain.
If your org gives you a cheap plastic chair, buy your own. They pay high because they own your time and health, nobody actually cares if your L4-L5 is bulging, they're just looking to squeeze every drop of productivity before you physically break.
Saw this reel by a physio a couple of days back: "Indian corporate workers age in dog years. By the time they hit 30, their spines look like 60-year-olds who worked in coal mines"
This is the reality for us folks. Either you set hard boundaries and log off, or you're the one standing outside the ortho clinic waiting for an MRI.

If the slip disc is from long sitting hours, how did it get this bad suddenly? Did you not seek medical help earlier when the pain started?
(Trying to understand because I have had sciatica pain couple times, been bedridden because of it, but recovered with medical intervention early on)

I am Rishi Maheshwari I gave Tcs interview at 1st April but till now not got any update. Should I consider myself as rejected or still in pending.

Suffering from same issue. But took some physiotherapy and chiropractic sessions- it helped to some extent. And I am regularly practicing the physio exercises

OOO o w

I had the same issue when I was 27..

I suffered from this but as op. I took physio and restricted front bending gym exercises

Get it sorted with some treatments of injection. I have been enduring my chronic backpack for 15 years, my career has taken back seat duecto this pain
