Signs a senior dev is just coasting

They approve massive PRs with a simple "LGTM" in literal minutes without even reading the code but will argue for an hour over variable naming just to look busy. When prod breaks they point to some obscure legacy system and call it tech debt. You ask for help on a blocker and they tell you to set up a sync next week because their calendar is full of architectural discussions... but tbh they haven't pushed a single line of actual code in months. Every sprint planning they pick up the most vague research spike and drag it for weeks while the rest of us burn the midnight oil. Idk how these guys make 50L+ base doing the absolute bare minimum to not get fired.
