Siemens - 13yrs(Technical Project manager)-40LPA + 2 JB

Hello Everyone...Getting an offer from Siemens with 40LPA + 2 JB. Have some queries

1. How WLB is at Siemens for PM
2. Any other perks are being offered once you join?
3. Financial situation/any recent layoff heard?
4. Does anyone have any idea about the parental insurance Siemens offer?
5. How about the performance bonus? Do we get 100% performance bonus one time?
