Sidelined as team lead in startup

I have joined one startup as a team lead 2 years back. Since joined they have put me in a sidelined project which I worked on with one junior sde. Now after 1 year they have scraped the project. And put me in other projects as single sde like person. Other members in the team doesn't look at me like team lead but as a developer. They don't include me in any leadership kind of meetings or to discuss any architecture or product. I want to leave this company asap but due to remote and good package I don't wanna leave it. How should I go about it. I waste too much time in thinking all of this that no one looks at me like they should.
