Should I switch or stay under this condition?

I'm currently working in an organisation which initially hired the team for their office in North Delhi. It was fine to work there as it was close to home with approx 1 hr commute. They then introduced WFH mentioning we are arranging a proper sitting for your project team. Now from the past 1.5 months it's been a daily commute to Gurugram. It's painful, daily 5hrs(up and down) is exhausting. In the office also the manager doesn't have basic manners to talk to the team, neither does he know the process of building something(design and development skills total zero), great part he doesn't want to listen as well. The team also is not professional, it doesn't feel like the team is building the project, developers are building the project. It's 5 months here, will it be good to switch. I want to go for a Remote or Hybrid. I just can't work in such organisations where the team and the manager are on clouds. Will it be fine or will this switch be a question in my future offers?
