Hi fellas, I am 2 years into my career at Morgan Stanley as a Software developer (started right after UG). Facing too much confusion about when to switch and which company to switch to. Need advice

There is no thumb rule but try to work for 3 different firms in first 10 years. The idea is to learn diverse skill set, expand your network and increase your TC.
