I am currently employed in ltts and serving 2 year of bond. But I got better offer outside. I am not happy with the salary of 4lpa nor with the work they are offering. Please tell me what to do.
What will happen if u break the bond ?
Need to pay 2lakh
Or else they will not give experience letter
new company might give buyout money.... ask for it.... also you may not have to pay 2L.... they generally decrease it based on the time you served
I don't think they buyout me because I didn't tell them about my bond
What is the ctc they have offered?
