Should I join ukg?
Hello everyone, I have got an offer from ukg for lead software engineer role with 34 ctc. My current ctc is 14 lpa. The other offer i have is from Bnp Paribas : 18 lpa Google operations center : 20 lpa Ey : 25 lpa BillDesk : 22 lpa Deloitte india : 24 lpa I am thinking of joining ukg because of such high pay but read reviews of frequent layoffs and all. Can you please suggest if i should join ukg or any other company from above. I am a java full stack developer with 4 years of experience.

Dsa( array and string based medium questions), Core java, streams, Spring Boot, all annotations in spring boot, multithreading, data jpa, hibernate, aop, transactional, bean lifecycle, dependency injections, exception handling, security, junit and mockito, design patterns( atleast 5 6), solid principles, sql, indexes, queries on joins, microservices, kafka, microservices design pattern, circuit breaker, communication between microservices (synchronous and asynchronous), git commands, deployment pipelines, some cloud knowledge, docker commands, system design(high level and low level), cap theorem, hashing techniques, database sharding like concepts. This all you need to prepare. I was asked all these in all the rounds combined. Total 5 rounds were there
