Should I Join PSB as a IT Officer ?
Hi Everyone, I currently Work as a Data Engineer in an MNC. I recently got selected as a IT Officer in a PSB as PLSQL Developer. Should I join the PSB or upskill as a Data Engineer.
What would be the wise choice ? Can any one help me with this like the work culture and career progression in both ?

There is more money in private sector specially in product companies.

You can't make this fear your motivator to be un ambitious. You have only one life to live why would you not take a risk. I have been in the it industry for over 10 years now
If you’re looking for stability, do join PSB provided you don’t kill your passion for upskilling. As for career progression, with rapid digitisation in PSBs, your learning could be more. You can always move back to Private if it bores you.All the best!
