How's the current job market like according to you guys? More specifically in Bangalore. I recently got an offer from an upcoming digital commerce player. They're giving a 35% pay hike and the role is decent. I don't love it , I don't hate it either. My only issue is it's based out of Delhi, a city I'm not a big fan of. To give more context I've been born and raised in Delhi but I've been living away from home for 8 years now. It's a city thats familiar but comes with its down baggage. I find the people too aggressive and don't have much of a circle left there. Got laid off from the Bangalore startup I was working at some 3 months back. I have a decent runway but frankly it's not making too much sense to keep paying rent in Bangalore anymore. I keep oscillating between taking this offer and letting it go. Thoughts?
