I am a software developer residing in Mumbai. I have an offer with Bangalore based company. Should I move ahead to Bangalore and start a new life there considering it is a hub for IT industries, especially Product based companies and my aspiration is to be among top Product companies as a software developer.
IMO by seeing the current situation in Karnataka and challenges outsider facing, Better to stay away from there. Now these days Hyderabad & Pune are the most desired state for IT people.
First tryout options near Mumbai/Pune Keep Bangalore as last resort - it will arleast take an year or so to get used to and then also as per current situations, outsiders are not welcomed.
So, if you leave your city make sure its really worth it.
