This is one of the reasons I despise Cred. Every tom, dick and harry working there feels like they’ve created the next Apple. Bsdk payment reminder app banayi hai tumne with a clunky UX. And then they talk such shit. ‘Willingness to Devote yourself to your work can consume you to a point where don’t care about what day of the week it is’ - chutiye overworking kehte hain isse. I’ve been in the Industry for a decade now and have worked in multiple projects of various complexities. Yes there were times when we had to work our asses off for 16-17 hours a day for months at a time, but the toll that it takes on your mental and physical health can never be compensated. The extra zeroes in your paycheck coming in fron weekend working and hustling like this chutiya from Cred wants you to will only go towards your doctor, psychiatrist and therapist bills. Harami wants people to overwork themselves and then makes the other half feel guilty of not participating in the contest. Bhenchod what if I have my family, my friends or even myself? What about my social life? What if I wanna just chill in the weekend? But then due to these sort of statements, somewhere in the back of my mind I’ll be tensed as during the performance appraisal you’ll remember the dude who stepped into the office on a weekend, maybe even just to check his emails. Even though my work is top notch and my deliverables are all perfect, there is this stupid policies by these idiot shot callers who will make me realize that a top rating is not meant for me as I put myself first instead of their shitty company.

Dear chutiyas at Cred, before you feel the need to overwork your employees, figure out what you need to do with your stupid Cred coins. Bsdk flying high on stupid valuations investor money.

Nothing wrong with working hard, it's just that you have to be compensated commensurate to your hard work. Don't want to work hard to be paid 🥜. For 🥜 CTCs maybe work hard, but on yourself.

This is one way street to burn out.... I have done this and will never do it again in my life... No matter what anyone says or how behind i fall... I want to live my life also 🙂
