I was only looking for remote jobs when I came across a job post from Hike on LinkedIn for a Machine Learning role. I went through four virtual rounds, and the 'Culture Round' was actually pretty cool. It wasn’t just about my skills; it was more about whether I fit with their values. My final chat with the CEO didn’t even feel like an interview—it was more of a casual conversation. Overall, the whole experience felt refreshing & the flexibility of remote work really stood out to me. I have received an offer from them.

I was at the interview for a company and the interview panel had 3 members ,interview went good but at the end of it one of the member told me if u can do one one hand push up then we’ll hire u
I did it with ease and got the offer letter 😅😅
