Shall I accept this offer?.

The current CTC is 8.2(7.53 fixed, 45K variable+20k insurance benefits). The offered CTC at Accenture is (9.6lpa fixed + 2 lakh variable +15k insurance +12k internet allowance+ 16k gratuity for each year of service.. Also I'll be joining as Cpp Developer whereas i was working on some low code.tool till now.. Shall I accept this offer?.
